The Candidtor development in Munich Giesing will be a cutting-edge, landmark urban project preserving existing property qualities while introducing activity zones for social integration. In the developed, vibrant ensemble, a public space with attractive seating areas and a quiet, green courtyard will be created. The function as a medical and office building as well as a center for medical services will be retained.

In addition, further uses such as local supply, gastronomy, a health and fitness studio, a senior and service center, a civic and cultural center, and a public rooftop terrace with a view will be offered.
